Church On The Rock’s 4th Annual 5K Run/Walk is this Saturday, May 16th, starting at 8:00 a.m. The race will begin on the COTR North Campus parking lot and head east on Ohmes Road to St. Peters Cottleville Road and loops back to COTR Parking lot. Race is on local roads with flat as well as rolling hills. If you have not registered yet then click here to download the registration form.

Special Notes:

• T-shirt pick up and race-day registration will open at 7 a.m.
• Awards and attendance prizes will be presented at approximately 9 a.m.
